April 20 Update
The warp that is floating over the top near the center of the photo was fixed after I changed pistons and valves. I wove 75 picks today. I unpicked 3 errors like the one shown below in that time frame and caught the 4th one on the video that follows. This is what the error looks like:
This diagram shows how threads that were not on the top layer and are now crossing a top layer weft. Every other thread is on the top.
Here is a video that shows weaving from picks 705 – 725 when I gave up 🙁
